Detailed instructions on T56.
Clutch Adjustment
My T56 started to pop out of reverse on a regular basis and
pop out of third gear on the odd basis. Since it was a 2000, I assumed it
was because of the synchro and the paper lining. I proceeded by ordering a
3-4 steel shift fork (BS6) and a T56 synchro rebuilt kit (BS45) from D&D
performance.
